Hemp is not Marijuana
The key difference between hemp and marijuana cannabis is the
THC content. *Hemp cannabis contains 0.3% or less THC content by
weight. This number is used in the legal definition of hemp,
as specified in the Agricultural Act of 2018 and other US laws.
*Marijuana is cannabis with more than 0.3% THC.
